| The countdown to Hall & Oates has begun! For the next two weeks, the Outback Steakhouse Blimp is taking to the Phoenix sky. The first five people each day to spot it hovering over a local Outback Steakhouse and tell the Outback greeter “I’m here for Hall & Oates!” will receive a $45 tuck-away (the Aussie version of a gift certificate) and two concert tickets.
